Dear Penguin,

Thank you for writing in with your concern.

All penguin names start with a capital letter. Names including 2 words or
spaces will be capitalized as well (the first letter of each word). This is so
we can separate players trying to use third party programs from players who
aren’t. It is against the rules to use these programs and we are just trying
to keep Club Penguin safe for you and everyone else.

Hi,
My penguins name use to be helen 2k5 when I signed up and it has until the
server upgrade.
Now all case sensitive names are regular with capitals at the beginning.
Like JaMeS is now James.
phat fano is now Phat Fano
helen 2k5 is Helen 2k5.

Please fix this.
My name looks better as lower case.

My Thoughts

Okay, now this is a REALLY bad idea Club Penguin is doing. I know betas can show off their beta hats, but still some betas don’t have the beta hat because they didn’t get it when it was out. There are SO many reasons why this shouldn’t be okay. Everyone please email support@clubpenguin.com so we can change the beta names back!
